Getting to know Greensboro, the Brice Street Area and Lindley Park

Location, location, location. We all know the saying about real estate. Where you live – your immediate neighborhood and convenience to restaurants and shopping - makes a huge difference to your residential experience.

Stella’s Place Apartments is located in the Brice Street Area of the City of Greensboro, NC. The Brice Street Area is known as a diverse, safe and convenient neighborhood (https://www.neighborhoodscout.com/nc/greensboro/brice-street), and has abundant restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Some of our favorites are: Spring Garden Bakery (https://springgardenbakery.com/), 913 Whiskey Bar and Southern Kitchen (https://www.913whiskeybar.com/), and Tasting Room (https://www.tastingroomgso.com/). It’s also a short walk from the Greensboro Coliseum (https://www.greensborocoliseum.com/), which regularly hosts concerts and sporting events.

Since it’s adjacent to the campus of UNC Greensboro (https://www.uncg.edu/) the Brice Street Area is also home to many students (both graduate students and undergraduates), professors and employees of the university.

Stella’s Place Apartments is near the Lindley Park neighborhood of Greensboro, NC. Lindley Park is a special, unique neighborhood with a history dating back to the early 1900s, which you can read about here: https://lindleyparknc.com/. Known as a quiet, residential neighborhood, it also has some of Greensboro’s best-known restaurants, which are a short walk from Stella’s Place. A few of our favorites, which are at the “The Corner” of Walker and Elam Avenues, are: one-of-a-kind bar and laundromat Suds & Duds (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100063789543054), Sticks and Stones (http://sticksandstonesclayoven.com/), Fishbones (https://fishbonesonline.net/), and Wahoo’s Tavern (https://www.facebook.com/wahoostaverngso/). And for great coffee, there’s Common Grounds (https://commongroundsgso.square.site/).

The bike lane on Spring Garden Street makes riding to work simple, and Stella’s Place Apartments also provides easy access to I-40, I-85 and other interstate highways, as well as Greensboro’s Piedmont Triad International Airport.

Stella’s Place Apartments is located and designed to appeal to discerning residents who want a comfortable, modern apartment with convenient access to Greensboro’s charms. And soon to come next door to us: the renovation of Mayer Park. For more information about Mayer Park, check this out: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1059347791476712
